SIM - Self-Defense Simulator (Home & Personal Defense is a prerequisite):

Our Self-Defense Simulator is suitable for every level of student and takes the lessons learned in the Home & Personal Defense class and lets students experience first-hand their decision making & reactionary shooting skills related to “real world” self-defense situations. 

Class starts with a quick refresher of NC laws regarding self-defense & deadly force, then the remainder of the class students get “hands-on” time with our self-defense simulator. 

Our simulator is like the ones police use for training, but our scenarios are based on “civilian” situations. This class allows students to be exposed to realistic “shoot or don’t shoot” scenarios, see just how fast things can happen, and experience what it’s like to be in, and react to, self-defense situations. 

Because of the interactive nature of this course, class size is limited. 

This class is about 6 hours long and all equipment is provided for each student. 

**Our Self-Defense Simulator class is usually offered twice a month, year-round, mostly at our Bladen county location. It is usually taught starting at 8:30am-3pm with a short lunch break mid-day and is spent entirely inside the classroom; therefore, weather is not a factor. This class and our Self-Survival & First Aid classes are scheduled for the same day, with the Self-Survival & First Aid class starting in the late afternoon.

NOTE: The Home & Personal Defense class is a prerequisite to this class. Make sure you are scheduled to take our Home & Personal Defense class BEFORE this class.
