CCH - NC CONCEALED CARRY HANDGUN CLASS:

This class is required for anyone who wishes to obtain a concealed carry handgun permit in North Carolina. Our instructors are certified by the state of NC and the course is approved by the NC DOJ. 

NOTE: You do NOT need to take the class in your home county. This course is honored by the sheriff’s department in every county across North Carolina.

The state of NC requires 8 hours of actual classroom time, plus range time, testing, and breaks. We do all of this as a one-day course (about 10 hours) and includes all required classroom and range time on the same day. Most classes are held on a weekend day or federal holiday and usually run from 8:30am till around 6:30-7:15pm (depending on class size).

Unless you plan to rent your gun and equipment from us, all students are required to bring an approved semi-automatic handgun, 50 rounds of NEW ammunition for your gun (CANNOT be mixed, reloaded, or bulk ammo), enough extra magazines for your gun to be able to load 30 rounds, plus eye & ear protection. 

If needed, Gun & Equipment rentals are available for an additional cost.
