BHF- Buying & Handgun Familiarization CLASS:

BHF - Buying & Handgun Familiarization class:(Handgun Skills Simulator is a prerequisite) 

The Buying & Handgun Familiarization class is intended for students who are looking to purchase a new handgun and would like to learn about their options, or someone who wants an opportunity to shoot new and/or exciting handguns. 

Students will learn about the handgun purchase process including paperwork requirements, the differences between new vs. used, and how to negotiate the price to “get the best deal”.

After that we head to the range and give students the chance to fire their choice of over 100 different handguns ranging from small “concealed carry” guns to large hand cannons, including some that are “strange or unusual”. 

Keep in mind; we don’t sell guns, so our instructors are NOT trying to “sell” you something. Our goal is to help you find the best gun for you. Remember, each person is different, and it takes a unique class like this that includes individual feedback to help you determine what gun is best. 

The class is about 4 hours long, with about half in the classroom and half on the range. 

Students do not need to bring any guns or equipment. Everything needed such as, guns, ammo, eye & ear protection, are all included in the cost of this class. 

To ensure a lot of quality one on one time with an instructor, this class is limited to a maximum of 11 students per-class with a minimum of 2-3 instructors. 

NOTE: 

This class requires ALL STUDENTS to complete the Handgun Skills Simulator Class (HSS) PRIOR to attending this class. (Classes are taught on the same day with the HSS class in the morning and this class in the afternoon).

**This Buying & Handgun Familiarization class is usually offered twice a month, year-round. It is usually taught starting at 1pm-5pm and is after the Handgun Skills Simulator class, on the same day. It is spent half in the classroom and half on the range. Because of the time needed on the range, this class may be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
