This form is ONLY used by people that have paid online through one of our retail partners.

To register for a course using your online voucher or redemption code, please submit all the information required below.

Your "Voucher Barcode Number" can be found using the mobile app or in your online account with our retail partner. 
The Barcode is always a 7 or 8 digit number and is found below the "barcode", see example image below: 
                           
                                         
             

ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST 2-BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF CLASS.
IF IT IS WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF AN AVAILABLE CLASS, YOU MUST CALL AND REGISTER OVER THE PHONE.
MOST CLASSES FILL IN ADVANCE, THEREFORE WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY WALK-INS.


A current list of available class dates can be found by clicking on the "Available Courses" tab (main menu to the left), select your course type, then click on "Click here for available dates" (found in the center of the page). 
 
  
Our online vouchers and redemption codes are only valid for the type of course selected when they were originally purchased. Be sure to select the correct course in the form below.

Some online vouchers / redemption codes are only valid for only 1 person, while others are valid for 2 people. If your voucher / code is valid for 2 people, be sure to include the second person's info in the form below.

When you submit this form, you will be redirected back to our home page without any immediate confirmation. After your request has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation that will include all of your class info (address, times, what you need to bring, etc). It may take up to 2 business days before you receive this confirmation email. If it has been more than 2 business days and you have not received your confirmation email, please contact us. Be sure to check your email’s junk mailbox first.
